Need to Exchange a product?
To return a product for exchange, you'll need to contact us by email: yelikaziemahana@gmail.com
Please include the Name of Design and Size you want to exchange it for. Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. We will notify you with the cost before you ship back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order. If the problem is our fault (defective item or wrong size of item sent), we will refund your shipping to us and pay shipping back to you on the replacement.
Refunds are issued only if we cannot send an item due to longer back-order time or nothing to replace it with. We do recommend that you return products to us with delivery confirmation. If you purchase insurance the POS MALAYSIA will insure your package to guard against loss. Once the item is shipped, if something happens in transit we will be unable to complete the exchange.
Tee-Time takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. If the product you recieve is poor quality, missing a design element that is clearly shown on our order confirmation or your saved design, has damage to the garment itself, or is otherwise damaged, we will gladly replace your garment or offer a full refund once the garment is returned to our production facility. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Tee-Time does proof documents created by its customers prior to processing, but we cannot always catch all errors. It is ultimately the customers responsibility to carefully check that all design elements, products, and product sizes are correct.
Tee-Time takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. If the product you recieve is poor quality, missing a design element that is clearly shown on our order confirmation or your saved design, has damage to the garment itself, or is otherwise damaged, we will gladly replace your garment or offer a full refund once the garment is returned to our production facility. - Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
